Acabei de passar por isso no supermercado\u201d. Fiquei surpresa com a coincid\u00eancia porque h\u00e1 dias venho formatando mentalmente um texto que fala sobre este assunto.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"color: #666666; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;\"><span lang=\"PT-BR\" style=\"font-family: Verdana;\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"color: #666666; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/behavior.web1313.kinghost.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/08\/IMG_1610.jpg\" style=\"clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" height=\"180\" src=\"http:\/\/behavior.web1313.kinghost.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/08\/IMG_1610-300x170.jpg\" width=\"320\" \/><\/a><span lang=\"PT-BR\" style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">Conversamos a respeito e conclu\u00edmos que n\u00e3o tem segredo:&nbsp;<i>&#8220;voc\u00ea recebe das pessoas e do universo o mesmo tratamento que costuma dar&#8221;<\/i>. Sei que injusti\u00e7as acontecem e que tem pessoas que n\u00e3o est\u00e3o nem a\u00ed para o sorriso do outro, mas mesmo assim, ainda acredito que a maioria das pessoas o tratar\u00e3o com amorosidade se assim voc\u00ea tamb\u00e9m o fizer.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">Na minha profiss\u00e3o, como atendimento publicit\u00e1rio, eu aprendi uma regra que me valeu boa parte do meu sucesso, minha reputa\u00e7\u00e3o e, muito mais importante, me rendeu bons amigos. \u00c0s vezes, no calor de uma campanha, os \u00e2nimos se alteram e, nestas horas, eu sei que me manter calma, falando sem alterar a voz, sempre educada e n\u00e3o entrando na energia tensa \u2013 mesmo se o outro estiver completamente alterado \u2013 me ajuda a controlar a situa\u00e7\u00e3o. At\u00e9 nos e-mails, onde costumamos, mesmo inconscientemente, ser grosseiros ao responder algo que n\u00e3o gostamos ou achamos injusto, eu tento sempre ser o mais equilibrada poss\u00edvel, sem jamais \u201calterar\u201d o tom, para n\u00e3o elevar a agressividade do momento.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"color: #666666; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;\"><span lang=\"PT-BR\" style=\"font-family: Verdana;\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"color: #666666; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;\"><span lang=\"PT-BR\" style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">Adoro o pensamento que diz &#8220;o poder que faz o bem \u00e9 o mesmo poder que faz o mal&#8221;. Est\u00e1 \u00e9 a din\u00e2mica! N\u00e3o existe for\u00e7as distintas. O que existe s\u00e3o inten\u00e7\u00f5es. Os dois lados da mesma for\u00e7a. Portanto, se voc\u00ea sorrir para as pessoas, pode at\u00e9 ser que elas n\u00e3o sorriam de volta para voc\u00ea, mas ao menos vai neutralizar a\u00e7\u00f5es adversas por parte da pessoa para quem voc\u00ea sorriu.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"color: #666666; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;\"><span lang=\"PT-BR\" style=\"font-family: Verdana;\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"color: #666666; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;\"><span lang=\"PT-BR\" style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">Por fim, n\u00e3o h\u00e1 nada melhor do que receber um bom dia, um obrigada, um por favor ou mesmo um abra\u00e7o e uma palavra de conforto neste mundo t\u00e3o atribulado.
