Em outubro de 2010 comecei uma das mais profundas e emocionantes viagens ao universo feminino que j\u00e1 fiz em mais de 20 anos de profiss\u00e3o. A id\u00e9ia surgiu gra\u00e7as aos desafios que Eudora, a nova empresa do Grupo Botic\u00e1rio, me fez para compreender quem \u00e9 a mulher hoje e a constru\u00e7\u00e3o dessa identidade ao longo da hist\u00f3ria.<\/span><\/div>\n

Para enriquecer o Projeto convidei minha amiga, Eliete Gomes da Keypeople, conhecedora da natureza humana devido a sua experi\u00eancia com Desenvolvimento Humano. Queria trazer algu\u00e9m que tivesse um olhar, al\u00e9m do mercadol\u00f3gico. E deu certo.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Em parceria com Eudora, Firmenich, Givaudan e Symrise criamos um estudo que ao final de um pouco mais de 5 meses, tinha ouvido 90 mulheres e 16 homens em duas cidades: S\u00e3o Paulo e Recife. Foram entrevistas de no m\u00ednimo duas horas de dura\u00e7\u00e3o, num ambiente neutro que permitisse a exposi\u00e7\u00e3o sincera. Sem filmagens, sem fotografias. S\u00f3 a entrevistada e suas verdades e n\u00f3s. Olho no olho.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Entrar no universo feminino com tanta profundidade mexeu profundamente comigo. Mais do que tivesse planejado. Ouvir cada uma destas mulheres, gente comum, me lembrou o filme que representou a estr\u00e9ia de Robert Redford como diretor de cinema, Gente como a Gente.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Atr\u00e1s de cada pessoa ‘comum’ uma hist\u00f3ria peculiar, com todas as tintas que a vida pode dar.  Cada hist\u00f3ria ouvida trazia alguma parte da minha hist\u00f3ria como pessoa ou como mulher. Fui resgatando atrav\u00e9s dessas mulheres, sentimentos, cren\u00e7as, medos e esperan\u00e7a. Compreende-las me ajudou a compreender-me e tecer a teia que apreende o momento que estamos vivendo como mulheres e como sociedade.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
